The organization of the International Surgical Congress Prof. Ninkovic will be classified as an international scientific conference.

A participation certificate will be issued to all registered attendees.

All participants must complete an online registration form and follow the payment procedure. Please note that conference capacity is limited, and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Onsite registrations cannot be guaranteed.

Attendees, Participants and Specialists

Registration for attendees, participants and specialists includes:

Residents

Registration for residents includes:

Proof of the student’s status must be submitted via email to the congress organizer.

Payment

Registration fees can be paid via bank transfer. After completing the online registration, you will receive a confirmation email and a subsequent offer from the organizer.

Once we receive your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation and invoice via email.

For cancellations, please inform us in writing via email at info@isa-ninkovic.com .

Cancellations received before October 1st, 2024 are eligible for an 80% refund with administrative fee deducted. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations received after October 1st, 2024.

Refunds will be processed after the conference concludes.

Rules for submission

The deadline for submitting abstracts is September 1st, 2024. Please submit your abstract to info@isa-ninkovic.com by this date. The presenting author must be available to deliver the presentation, and all co-authors should be familiar with the abstract’s content in advance. Authors whose abstracts are selected will receive notifications regarding acceptance and scheduling.

Guidelines for submission

Abstracts should include:

Introduction: Background and study objective.

Methods: Brief description of methods used.

Results: Summary of findings.

Conclusions: Main conclusions drawn.

Abstracts should be in good English with standard abbreviations.

Maximum length: 250 words per abstract.

Presenting authors may submit several abstracts for evaluation.

Please choose between oral or poster presentation.

If all oral presentation slots are filled, the participants can still showcase their work through compelling poster formats.

Abstract submissions remain open until the deadline and every contributor has an equal opportunity to present their work at the conference.
